The Training Course on BioSafety and Biosecurity Click

Important Note

• The certificate of this course cannot be used as a supporting document for submitting the certificate of notification or license for Pathogens and Animal Toxins Act, B.E. 2558 (2015).
• This course (Refresh course) is only for people who have already completed a full biosafety and biosecurity training course.

Instructions

• Applicants must use only their own CUNET account. The use of other CUNET accounts is prohibited. If found fraudulent, the applicants will be disqualified.
• Applicants must check your name included on the list of applicants, the list of qualified participants, and the list of passing candidates on the SHECU website.
• After registration, qualified participants who cannot attend the training must notify Ms. Wanwisa Sudsamai via email shecu@chula.ac.th by November 25, 2024. A reply email will be sent within one working day. Failure to notify will result in disqualification from future trainings.
• Qualified participants must prepare devices (e.g., phones and computers) that can access the Moodle program and must turn on the camera during Zoom meeting room throughout the post-test session.
• Qualified participants  will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the following objective:
  • 100% course attendance
  • Pass 80% of the post-test 
• However, if you encounter any problems, please contact the staff immediately during the course.

During the Pre-Training

• Registration period: November 11-22, 2024 or until it is full (40 seats available)
• Check your registration status immediately under the "Applicants" menu.
• The list of qualified participants will be announced on November 25, 2024. In case you need to cancel the training, please inform Ms. Wanwisa Sudsamai immediately via email shecu@chula.ac.th by November 25, 2024.

During the Training

• Please join the LINE group (QR code available on Moodle). It will be used as a tool for communication and Q&A.
• Complete the pre-test on Moodle Click anytime between December 2-9, 2024. Please use the same device (e.g., smartphone) that you will use for the post-test to ensure compatibility.
• Complete the training on Moodle Click anytime between December 2, 2024, and January 6, 2025.
• To be eligible for the post-test, you must attend 100% of the course contents.
• Complete the post-test on Moodle Click (The specific date and time will be announced on Moodle later.) using your own device (e.g., smartphone) and keep your camera on during the Zoom cloud meeting (e.g., computer).

During the Post-Training

• Download your training certificate from Moodle Click (available until March 31, 2025) or from the SHECU website (available up to an accessibility of your CUNET account) (Follow the instructions provided Click.).
