The Training Course on BioSafety and Biosecurity Click

Important Note

• The certificate of this course cannot be used as a supporting document for submitting the certificate of notification or license for Pathogens and Animal Toxins Act, B.E. 2558 (2015).
• This course (Refresh course) is only for people who have already completed a full biosafety and biosecurity training course.

Instructions

• Applicants must use only their own CUNET account. The use of other CUNET accounts is prohibited. If found fraudulent, the applicants will be disqualified.
• Applicants must check your name included on the list of applicants, the list of qualified participants, and the list of passing candidates on the SHECU website.
• After registration, qualified participants who cannot attend the training must notify Ms. Wanwisa Sudsamai via email shecu@chula.ac.th by June 24, 2025. A reply email will be sent within one working day. Failure to notify will result in disqualification from future trainings.
• Qualified participants must prepare devices (e.g., phones and computers) that can access the Moodle program for the post-test session.
• Qualified participants  will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the following objective:
  • 100% course attendance
  • Pass 80% of the post-test 
• However, if you encounter any problems, please contact the staff immediately during the course.

During the Pre-Training

• Registration period: June 1-20, 2025 or until it is full (40 seats available)
• Check your registration status immediately under the "Applicants" menu.
• The list of qualified participants will be announced on June 24, 2024. In case you need to cancel the training, please inform Ms. Wanwisa Sudsamai immediately via email shecu@chula.ac.th by June 24, 2024

During the Training

• Please join the LINE group (QR code available on Moodle). It will be used as a tool for communication and Q&A.
• Complete the pre-test on Moodle Click anytime between July 1-7, 2025. Please use the same device (e.g., smartphone) that you will use for the post-test to ensure compatibility.
• Complete the training on Moodle Click anytime between July 1-31, 2025.
• To be eligible for the post-test, you must attend 100% of the course contents.
• Complete the post-test on Moodle Click (The specific date time and place will be announced on Moodle later.) using your own device (e.g., smartphone) ain a exam room (onsite). Kindly have your photo ID ready (personal ID, driving license,student/staff ID or passport)

Information concerning the video:

1. If you have watched full video (100%), the system will count and record as 100% although it will show you later as 0%.

2. If you do not finish all the video or pause during watching, the system will count the actual % what you have already studied and you can continue later until the end.

3. If you watch just first 5 minutes and skip all video until 5 minute before finish, the system will count your participation only 10 minutes.

4. Watching the video at 1.2x or 1.5x does not matter and will be counted as normal speed.

During the Post-Training

• Download your training certificate from Moodle Click (available until September 30, 2025) or from the SHECU website (available up to an accessibility of your CUNET account) (Follow the instructions provided Click.).
