Training on the Use of ChemTrack&WasteTrack Program for Chemical and Chemical Waste Data Management (Eng version: e-Learning).- 4/2026

Training Date:  1 September to 21 October 2026.


Examination Date: 26 October 2026 (1:00 PM to 3:00 PM). You may start the exam from 1:00 PM onwards.

Place: Zoom program (A Link to join a Zoom meeting will be provided on 22nd October 2026 through the registered email of the participants)


* Note: This is the final training session of this year (2026). The next session for this course will open in the first quarter of next year (Q1 2027).


Target Group

         The training comprises international research students and researchers (for Foreigners and International Programs) at Chulalongkorn University who have received research scholarships and are actively engaged in chemical research at Chulalongkorn University, or are interested in utilizing the Chemtrack & Wastetrack program.


Registrants will appear in the “List of Applicants” menu and receive an automatic email reply. (Please verify the accuracy of your email during registration. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an automatic reply.)

Participants who attend the training and pass the assessment will receive a certificate from the Center for Safety, Health, and Environmental of Chulalongkorn University.

PART 1 : Introduction
   - Chemical Name and CAS no.
   - Chemical hazards
   - Physical characteristics of chemicals (solid, liquid, gas)
   - Chemical storage, handling, and Disposal
   - Preventive and Corrective Control Measures
PART 2 : Chemtrack & Wastetrack program
   - Add new chemical (bottle)
   - Add SDS
   - Annual Check for Updated Chemical Qty  (Check Stock)
   - Delete chemical (bottle)
   - Send a request for waste pickup
   - Make Summary Reports
